Avanish Sharma is an MBA in Finance and a strategic real estate investment expert with nearly two decades of experience in Dubai's fast-evolving business landscape. He has built a reputation for identifying high-yield opportunities, structuring profitable property portfolios, and guiding investors toward wealth creation through commercial and hospitality real estate. Avanish specializes in helping investors acquire income-generating properties, optimize asset performance, and build data-driven portfolios that deliver long-term growth and financial security.

Mukesh Bakshi

Executive Director

A Finance professional with over forty years of distinguished experience in the Hospitality Industry including Financial Management, Strategic Planning, Regulatory Control, Marketing Management, Infrastructure Improvement, Personnel and Human Resource Development . As Group General Manager was overseeing the operation of five hotels including two medium sized three star hotels with more than ten restaurants and banquet halls , and three Hotel Apartments, all centrally located in the heart of the city.

Trevor Rose is a seasoned hospitality and real estate professional with over 30 years of global experience across India, Dubai, and Canada. He began his career with the iconic Taj Hotels in India and went on to lead hotel operations and F&B ventures across luxury properties in international markets. Known for transforming hotels and F&B outlets into high-performing real estate assets, Trevor specializes in asset optimization, revenue growth, and market-driven repositioning. Now focused on real estate acquisitions and development, he bridges deep operational expertise with investment strategy to deliver long-term value and elevated guest experiences.
